1. General
Risborough Airport Taxi operates as part of Crowfly Enterprise Ltd, providing private hire and airport
transfer services.
By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via phone or email.

- Advance bookings are recommended, particularly for airport transfers.
3. Payment
- Payments can be made in advance or at the time of the journey.
- We accept cash, card, and account-based invoicing for corporate customers.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a charge of up to 50%.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
5. Waiting Time and Delays
- The first 10 minutes of waiting are free.
- Waiting charges apply thereafter at a standard rate.
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
6. Conduct
- Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow driver instructions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately.
7. Liability
- We accept no responsibility for missed flights due to factors outside our control.
- Customers are advised to allow sufficient travel time.
